Returns : Please contact us before returning any product to us - whatever the reason for the return. And in the case of a deffect items, please send us first picture of the problem.

Any return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice for the purchase in question, together with an explanatory letter in the case of a defective product.  This will allow us to process your after-sales service request more effectively and rapidly.  Thank you for your understanding.

New Items : You can return any new product which does not suit you within 14 days after receipt of your package.  The item must be intact, in its original packaging with labels, and must not have been used.  If the article returned does not meet these conditions, it will not be taken back or exchanged or refunded.

  • The charges for returning the item to us will be at your expense
  • You can ask for an exchange, a credit note, or a refund

In the case of an exchange, the charges for shipping the exchanged items to you will be at your expense.

If you would like a refund, please note that only the items will be refunded.  The shipping costs will not be taken into account.  Tragopan commits to implement the refund within 30 days.

Used items : The products are guaranteed two year against any defects in workmanship or materials.  Normal wear and tear, modifications by the buyer, inappropriate use, and damage caused by dropping the item or other shocks are excluded from this guarantee.  The defective item will be examined by Tragopan.  If the material is covered by the guarantee, the company Tragopan will replace it immediately by the same article (or by an article of the same value by agreement with the buyer if the article is no longer available).  In every case we will do our best to reduce the delay to treat your case to a minimum.  Any materials replaced under guarantee will be returned to you free of charge.  Only the cost of sending the materials to us will be at your expense.  If the problem is due to an error on our part or a defective new product, the return shipping costs will be refunded to you on the basis of the normal price of the French Postal Service.
