We understand that when customers order via the internet they want to receive their goods rapidly.
This is why we keep all articles visible on our website in stock.
If an article is no longer in stock, either we will remove it from the website, or a note will specify when it will be again in stock and you will still be able to order it, and we will ship your order as soon as the products are backed in stock
We do our best to make sure that your orders are processed as fast as possible.
Shipments are made on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday except during national days.
For shipping, we prefer to use the French Postal service with Colissimo registered packages and the services offered by DPD company. Their systems are reliable and fast.
Leadtime varies based on the zone where the delivery takes place.
Allow 24 hours for preparation before shipping.
- For France : 48 to 72 hours
- For EEC : 6 to 8 days
- For Other Countries : 8 to 12 days
- During the days of closure/holidays (announced on the homepage of the site) no orders will be shipped.
These leadtimes are calculated on the basis of working days : from Monday to Friday - except public holidays.
Please be aware that during the Christmas period the time taken to deliver packages may increase slightly, and we have no control over this. We would be grateful if you could bear this in mind. If you do not receive your order in time, please contact us and we will initiate a search using the tracking number.
However, please be assured that we have never lost a package so far! The risks associated with transportation are covered provided that the buyer verifies the products on receipt and makes any reservations, if there are any, known to the shipping company within 48 hours even if the package is delivered free of charge.
